Amplify Horse Racing announces a brand-new campaign which will help educate younger generations about the importance of Thoroughbred horse racing. It invites all newcomers while also partners with existing educational initiatives, such as the Kentucky Equine Education Project (KEEP) Foundation, and creates new resources to further advance the sport.

The organization invites everyone interested in the industry to join it at the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame on Monday, August 1, 2022, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. There they will attend the “Amplifying the Future of Racing,” which is a presentation on education, workforce and international opportunities in the Thoroughbred sport. Participants will be able to speak with many racing pros throughout the day while also being able to spectate morning training and day racing and visit the NMRHOF.

For this year’s edition of the tours, Amplify Horse Racing will partner with the Cornell Cooperative Extension service, including the Advanced Equine group and Animal Ambassadors. And once more several youths will be selected to join the Advanced Equine program, which will allow them to complete assignments and learn valuable leadership skills.

The latter is an adult education program in the Capital Region, and the event is open to the public. It will also feature numerous participating farms from the region.
